Job summary

RK&K's Construction Management Division is hiring a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement of Procore and other PMIS for RK&K and its clients. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, configure effective solutions, and support successful system adoption.

You will develop standardized templates, training materials, and governance procedures while coordinating data migrations, testing, and rollout

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
• Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms (Autodesk Forma, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.).
• Understanding of project delivery processes such as document control and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procore and other PMIS implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Document business requirements, map processes, and recommend improvements.
• Develop templates, governance procedures, and admin docs for consistent use.
