The Team Lead will support the Supervisor in curating sustainable employee engagement, focus on customer-centric outcomes, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processing.

Responsibilities

• Regularly reviews processor performance and coaches the team.
• Lead within a team environment and be the initial escalation point.
• Collects and disseminates daily metrics.
• Responds to client, customer, and internal inquiries professionally.
• Provides feedback to leadership on procedures and processes.
• Collaborate in planning using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partners with outside vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Oversees the office and team in the supervisor’s absence.
• Process events as needed.
• Assist Supervisor/Manager with other tasks.
