Responsibilities

• Regularly reviews processor performance and provides coaching and training.
• Inspires others to embody Verra Mobility values and leadership competencies.
• Serve as leader within a team environment and act as initial contact for escalations.
• Collects and disseminates daily metrics and responds to inquiries professionally.
• Fields and resolves escalated inquiries from other departments.
• Offers feedback to leadership to improve procedures and processes.
• collaborates in planning and strategy sessions using continuous improvement methods.
• Partners with outside vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Manages internal project assignments and supports supervisor when needed.
• Oversees the office and team in supervisor's absence and processes events as needed.
