Job summary

You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

With 5+ years in maintenance and 2+ years in leadership, you will plan budgets, manage daily activities, and guide capital projects to optimize reliability and cost

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant maintenance/operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities and coach team members.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting.
• Inspect safety standards and maintain equipment and facilities.
• Oversee work orders and long-term maintenance planning to keep plants safe.
• Lead capital projects and coordinate with internal teams and external resources.
