Job summary

Butterball is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic servicing of production machinery and facilities. You will drive safety, reliability, and cost-effective operations in a fast-paced meat processing environment.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing scheduling, and partnering with Operations to ensure production readiness and uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience; 1+ year in leadership.
• Experience leading or supervising teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of maintenance technicians to ensure work is completed.
• Participates in HR activities including hiring, performance management, and scheduling.
• Directs maintenance and repair of production equipment, buildings, and utilities.
• Develops and manages preventive maintenance to optimize uptime and efficiency.
