Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with industrial machinery and production processes.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot using math and mechanics.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and provide guidance and coaching.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Direct maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and utilities.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program.
