Job summary

Butterball is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day activities for a team responsible for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic servicing of production machinery, facilities, and grounds at our Mount Olive plant.

You will ensure safety, compliance, budget adherence, oversee work orders and preventive maintenance, and partner with other departments to sustain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of a maintenance team.
• Oversee budgeting and cost reporting for the department.
• Inspect and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain production efficiency.
