Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is a plus.

• Computer literate.
• Must pass background and drug tests.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage donations processing and production goals.
• Price and prepare items for sale; maximize sales.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly store reports.
• Train and cross-train store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, donors, and employees.
• Maintain clean, safe stockroom and store area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
