Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Processing Lead to support the Supervisor Processing and Senior Assistant Manager in store operations, personnel management, and financial performance.

You will train and cross-train staff, optimize donation processing, pricing, and weekly merchandise rotation, generate daily to monthly reports, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's work experience in an operations background.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Proficient in the English language; bilingual preferred (Spanish a plus).
• Able to pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage donations processing and sorting for sale.
• Price and rotate merchandise weekly to maximize sales.
• Generate store reports daily, weekly and monthly.
• Train and cross-train staff to ensure efficient store operations.
• Maintain customer service standards and a clean, safe work environment.
