GOODWILL SOUTH FLORIDA TEP LLC is seeking a Processing Lead to support the Supervisor Processing and Senior Assistant Manager in store operations, personnel management, and financial performance. The role includes training staff, processing donations, and ensuring targets are met through Kaizen-driven workflows.

You will generate reports, manage stockroom production, and maintain a safe, clean processing area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's work experience in an operations background.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Proficient in the English language; bilingualism (Spanish) is a plus.
• Must pass a background test and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and personnel efficiently to meet production and sales goals.
• Oversee donation processing, Kaizen-based sorting, and pricing for sale.
• Lead weekly merchandise rotation to maximize sales performance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly store reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure stockroom production aligns with goals and minimizes waste.
• Train and cross-train staff to perform all store functions effectively.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly processing areas and a conducive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, donors, and employees.
• Recruit, supervise, and manage store staff and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes; communicate personnel changes promptly.
