Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Processing Operator (Flex Operator) in Utah for entry‑level machine operation across mixing, laminating, and oven lines. You’ll rotate between positions, support utilities, and maintain safe, clean production areas. The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), English proficiency, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Expect overtime and weekend coverage with comprehensive benefits. The 2nd shift runs 2:40 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform responsibilities.
• Ability to safely operate and adjust manufacturing equipment.
• Capable of working across multiple production functions and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding work throughout shifts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to complete production documentation accurately.
• Ability to work well in a team and rotate positions as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Commitment to GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust processing equipment to meet production requirements.
• Operate equipment including: Mixers, Laminators, Ovens, Scalers.
• Rotate between positions to cover production schedules.
• Support Utility Driver responsibilities when assigned.
• Maintain production equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, sanitary condition.
• Complete required production, quality, and operational paperwork accurately.
• Participate in training activities and support cross-functional coverage.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Follow GMPs and food safety procedures.
