Job summary

The Registrar of Contractors (ROC) is a government agency within the State of Arizona. We issue construction licenses and investigate complaints submitted to the agency from homeowners. The ROC emphasizes public safety and quality construction for Arizona residents.

This Customer Service Representative position supports processing center operations in Phoenix, with in-office training and optional telework up to one day per week after training. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00.

Qualifications

• Friendly disposition and reliable team member with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and switch priorities as needed.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to the correct department.
• Stamp, sort, and scan incoming mail into the ROC system.
• Print and send outgoing mail, including urgent certified mail.
• Log checks for deposits in the accounting system.
