Job summary

The Arizona Corporation Commission in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a CSR II - Call Center to handle high-volume inquiries about corporate filings, name approvals, and record research. You will respond to telephone inquiries, provide information, and assist with filing and examination of documents in accordance with Titles 10 and 29.

Experience in a fast-paced call center, strong communication, attention to detail, and research skills are required.
