Job summary

nVent seeks a Process Transformation Leader for Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) to redefine business processes and drive measurable improvements across end-to-end value streams. In this role, you will partner with IT and leadership to align technology with processes, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven recommendations on structure and prioritization.

Located in Houston, TX or Madison, WI with travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication with senior collaborators and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data literacy; use operational metrics/financials to justify decisions.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; background in business/industrial fields.

Responsibilities

• Improve and analyze end-to-end value streams to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.
• Establish standardized, repeatable, scalable processes across core EBS functions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods to ensure high quality controls.
• Partner with IT and systems architects to align technology with processes and data flows.
• Act as strategic liaison between leadership and functions for operational readiness.
• Assess impact of strategic shifts and provide data-driven recommendations on structure/prioritization.
