Qualifications

• Ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible lean leader for EBS by championing lean processes across the business.
• Define and deploy long-term lean strategies for best-in-class systems.
• Lead and mentor site lean practitioners; SME on lean topics.
• Drive data-driven projects and kaizen events across the unit.
• Own and elevate lean metrics and dashboards with clear KPIs.
