Job summary

nVent is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the EBS E-house portfolio, driving revenue growth, margins, and productivity. You will apply market insights to shape long-term technology and lifecycle strategy, coordinating cross-functional programs.

The role requires a strong background in industrial automation or utilities, ETO experience, and proven ability to partner with sales channels, engineering, and product development. Travel up to 25% and bases in the US expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or Business preferred.
MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
10+ years of product management in industrial automation or utility-focused companies.
Experience with utility and commercial sales channels (distributors, direct sales, reps).
Experience in Engineered-to-Order (ETO) business.

Responsibilities

Lead product management for the EBS E-house segment to boost revenue, margin, and productivity.
Develop long-term technology and lifecycle strategy focused on portfolio standardization.
Coordinate strategic programs across functions for the product category.
Conduct VOC and field testing to uncover customer needs and drive new offerings.
Create compelling value propositions for product families for customers and partners.
Partner with development teams on product definition, pricing, market intro, and promotions.
Advance product development processes and metrics; foster innovative ideas.
Identify strategic projects leveraging tech and market trends.
Cultivate external partnerships to accelerate technology funnel and commercialization.
