Job summary

nVent is seeking a senior Lean/Continuous Improvement leader to advance our Engineered Building Solutions business in the United States. You will champion lean manufacturing and business processes, lead kaizen events, and mentor site practitioners across multiple locations, including Phoenix.

This role requires ~35% travel and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in process improvement within lean environments, Six Sigma preferred, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field is required.
• 12+ years of business process or manufacturing continuous improvement experience in lean environments.
• Experience deploying Lean Methodologies; Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement concepts with flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to influence all levels in a highly matrixed organization; travel ~35%.
• Ability to mentor and lead lean practitioners across sites.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible lean leader championing lean processes across the EBS business.
• Shape the future of lean by defining and deploying long-term improvement strategies.
• Lead and mentor site lean practitioners, training teams in lean transformation.
• Be a change agent by leading data driven projects and kaizen events.
• Own lean metrics and dashboards, defining KPIs and reporting standards.
