Job summary

ProVest is seeking experienced process servers to join a growing contractor network in the United States. You will handle regular process serving assignments and operate as an independent contractor, with weekly payments and clear instructions from the team.

Responsibilities include timely attempts every 72 hours, immediate activation of cases, and accurate document submission within tight deadlines. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases within 24 hours of the service date.
• Access to a scanner or scanner app is required.
• Utilize our mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and manage cases.

Responsibilities

• Attempt all assigned cases at least every 72 hours.
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Possibly perform Saturday attempts; no Sunday attempts.
• Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan the stamped copy within 72 hours of service date.

Responsibilities

• You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum of every 72 hours.
• Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents.
• Able to make a Saturday attempt on all files assigned to you. No Sunday attempts.
• Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.

Requirements

• Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).
• Utilize our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non‑serve cases in the mobile app.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.
