• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor)

ProVest is one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Dickson County, TN

Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near Dickson County.

About the Role

As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas
