Responsibilities include timely case attempts, accurate documentation, and using mobile apps to capture address data and notes. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attempt all cases at a minimum every 72 hours.
• Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Ability to perform Saturday or Sunday attempts on all files assigned.
• Must fill out worksheets and scan them within 24 hours of the service date.
• Access to a scanner or scanner app for documentation.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced process servers in Georgia to serve legal documents as part of our growing contractor network.

Requirements

• You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
• Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents
• Able to make a Saturday or Sunday attempts on all files assigned to you.
• Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app)
• Utilize our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required
