Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC seeks reliable Process Servers in the Covington area to serve legal documents across Boone, Campbell, Kenton and surrounding counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with weekly compensation based on completed jobs.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and a smartphone to run ProVest. You will document service attempts and notarize affidavits where required.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Active auto insurance and a smartphone capable of running mobile apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; meticulous documentation.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, per‑job earnings.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 5 service attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize eligible affidavits within 48 hours after service completion.
• Use ProVest mobile apps to upload evidence, record detailed notes, and document outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts:
  • Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hoursof receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hoursof service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses
  • Submit detailed attempt notes
  • Record service or non-service outcomes
