Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. is seeking experienced process servers to join a growing contractor network in the Tennessee area. You will handle regular process serving assignments and have the freedom to run your own business, with weekly payments and a rate of $40 per defendant.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance. You will use mobile apps to document attempts, photos, and detailed notes, and must complete worksheets and scans within 24 hours of service.

Qualifications

• Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).
• Utilize our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum of every 72 hours.
• Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents.
• Able to make a Saturday attempt on all files assigned to you. No Sunday attempts.
• Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.
