Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor)

ProVest is one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Coffee County, TN

Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near Coffee County.

About the Role
As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.

Responsibilities

Serve legal documents within assigned areas

Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)

Return completed documents

Plan routes and manage your own schedule

Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times
