Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to lead the implementation of the company’s PSM program and then split time between PSM (50%) and EHS (50%). The role reports to the Director of EHS, and will ensure compliance with PSM across locations while reading drawings and procedures to lead all 14 elements of PSM.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of process safety experience and a Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, or engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company.
• Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all 14 elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
