Job summary

Joseph Michaels International seeks a hands-on PSM professional to join the corporate EHS team, reporting to the Director of EHS. Initially, the role will complete the implementation of the PSM program for the company (approximately 6 months) and then transition to a 50% PSM and 50% EHS split.

The position requires 3+ years of process safety experience and a Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, or engineering fields. Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations within all locations of the company.
• Champion a culture of process safety excellence; organize and provide leadership concerning all (14) elements of PSM by reading, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
