Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates seeks a hands-on PSM professional to join its EHS team and drive the company-wide PSM program to completion in about six months. The role will then balance roughly 50% PSM and 50% EHS responsibilities, reporting to the Director of EHS.

The successful candidate will champion process safety, oversee all 14 elements of PSM, and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, or engineering.
• Experience implementing PSM programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the PSM program (approximately six months).
• Transition to a 50% PSM and 50% EHS role after completion.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations.
