Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join our corporate EHS team in the Midwest.

You will report to the Director of EHS and drive the implementation of the company's PSM program, approximately six months, after which the role will transition to a 50/50 PSM and EHS mix. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with PSM and all regulations across locations and championing a culture of process safety excellence while leading the 14 elements of

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the implementation of the PSM program for the company (approx. 6 months).
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations across locations.
• Transition to a 50% PSM and 50% EHS role after program completion.
• Champion a culture of process safety excellence and lead the 14 elements of PSM.
