Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join our corporate EHS team, based in the Midwest. The role reports to the Director of EHS and will begin by implementing the PSM program, roughly six months to completion, then transition to a 50% PSM and 50% EHS mix.

The successful candidate will ensure PSM compliance across all locations and champion a culture of process safety excellence, leading the 14 elements of PSM by reviewing drawings and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PSM and local, state, and federal regulations across all locations.
• Champion a culture of process safety excellence and lead all 14 elements of PSM; read/review drawings and procedures.
