Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a PSM/EHS professional to lead the implementation of the company's Process Safety Management program. The role studies the company’s drawings and procedures and ensures compliance across sites, reporting to the EHS Director.

After six months, the position will split duties evenly between PSM work and broader Environmental, Health & Safety duties, collaborating closely with site teams to embed safety culture and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's PSM program (approx. 6 months to completion).
• Transition role to 50% PSM and 50% EHS after program completion.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations across locations.
• Champion and provide leadership for all 14 elements of PSM; review drawings and procedures.
