Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join the corporate EHS department and report to the Director of EHS. The role will implement the PSM program over ~6 months and then split time evenly between PSM and EHS activities.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and drive a culture of process safety across all locations. Responsibilities include leading the 14 elements of PSM, reviewing mechanical and electrical drawings and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations across all company locations.
• Champion a culture of process safety excellence and provide leadership for all 14 elements of PSM by reviewing drawings and procedures.
• Complete the implementation of the PSM program (approximately 6 months) and transition the role to 50% PSM and 50% EHS thereafter.
