Job summary

Talent With Heart in the United States is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join the corporate EHS team and drive the full implementation of the PSM program. The project is expected to take about six months to completion, after which the role will transition to roughly 50% PSM and 50% EHS work.

Candidates must have 3+ years of process safety experience and a Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering or related field.
• Local northeast or southeast Wisconsin area candidates only at this time.
• Familiarity with all 14 PSM elements and ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Implement and complete the PSM program within ~6 months, then allocate 50% time to PSM and 50% to EHS.
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations across company locations.
• Champion a culture of process safety excellence and lead the 14 PSM elements.
