Job summary

CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain company, seeks a Process Safety Manager to lead enterprise process safety across our manufacturing network. You will embed process safety principles into facility design, capital projects, operations, and maintenance, driving risk reduction and reliability improvements.

You will lead PHAs, LO-PA, FMEA, MOC reviews, and mechanical integrity programs, partnering with plant leaders to safeguard employees while improving operational performance. Travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years of manufacturing/engineering/reliability/EHS/process safety experience.
• 5+ years leading risk-reduction initiatives in industrial operations.
• Experience conducting and facilitating process safety analyses and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead PHAs, LO-PA, FMEA, and other risk assessments across the manufacturing network.
• Oversee Mechanical Integrity programs for critical assets and MOC reviews.
• Investigate high-potential incidents and drive root-cause analysis and lessons learned.
• Influence design and capital projects to embed inherently safer design principles.
• Travel approximately 50% to sites within the RPG network.
