Job summary

Grace is seeking a Process Safety Leader to drive plant process safety initiatives and partner with maintenance, process technology, engineering, and operations on PSM elements. The role focuses on PHA/LOPA, risk assessments, training, incident investigation, RCCA, audits, MOC, and safety reviews.

The position is on-site at Curtis Bay, MD, reporting to the EHSS Manager, with responsibilities spanning MOC, PSM governance, and ongoing safety improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• 7+ years in process safety, manufacturing, engineering or operations.
• Experience facilitating PHA/HAZOP and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Process Safety Management (PSM) program and governance.
• Ensure OSHA 1910.119 compliance and risk management program.
• Facilitate PHA/LOPA, HAZOPs, FMEA, RCCA processes.
• Oversee Safety Instrumented Systems and related field activities.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Contribute to capital budget inputs for PSM/EHS improvements.
