Based in the United States, this role will implement the company's PSM program across sites, with the initial 6 months focused on completion before a 50/50 shift to PSM and broader EHS responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with PSM regulations at all locations, champion a culture of process safety, and lead the 14 PSM

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's PSM program (approximately 6 months).
• Ensure compliance with PSM and all local, state, and federal regulations across locations.
• Champion process safety culture and oversee the 14 PSM elements, interpreting drawings and procedures.
• Transition to a split role of 50% PSM and 50% EHS thereafter.
