Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements for IntelliS meter inventory management and workflows.
• Collect and report data on meter inventory, installation progress, contractor performance, and scheduling.
• Monitor end-to-end IntelliS processes; identify gaps, system issues, and risks; recommend improvements.
• Develop automated reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for program performance.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guidance for meter programs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Field Services, Supply Chain, IT, and contractors to resolve issues.
