Job summary

Essential Utilities, Inc. seeks an experienced analyst to drive process improvements in IntelliS meter inventory management and related operational workflows. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and customer service enhancements.

The candidate will develop dashboards, collaborate across departments, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting for meter deployment. A strong analytical mindset and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years analytical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and logical results development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive PNG Company Vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and implement process improvements for meter inventory management and workflows.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on meter inventory, installation progress, and performance.
• Monitor meter processes and address gaps, system issues, and risks.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to monitor inventory and deployment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Field Services, Supply Chain, IT, and contractors.
• Support customer communications regarding meter activities and scheduling.
• Prepare SOPs and training materials for IntelliS programs.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for meter deployment.
• Forecast inventory requirements and coordinate distribution.
