The role requires collaborating with Operations, IT, and field teams, developing reports and SOPs, and ensuring accurate data for regulatory and internal reports. A bachelor's degree is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of business processes and operational workflows for meter deployment.
• Experience collecting and analyzing operational data to support decisions.
• Ability to document procedures and improve existing processes.
• Comfort working with multiple departments and external partners.
• Proficient in Office tools and reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements for meter inventory management and scheduling.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and report data on inventory levels and execution metrics.
• Monitor end-to-end meter processes and suggest workflow improvements.
• Develop automated reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Test and validate new processes and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Field Services, Supply Chain, IT, and contractors.
• Support customer communications about meter activities and outages.
• Prepare SOPs and training materials for IntelliS programs.
• Forecast meter inventory needs and assist with budgeting.
• Identify tech solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
