Job summary

Essential Utilities, Inc. is seeking a results-driven analyst to identify and implement improvements in IntelliS meter inventory management, installation scheduling, and operational workflows across the meter deployment program.

You will collect and analyze data, develop automated reports and dashboards, coordinate with Operations, Field Services, Supply Chain, IT, and contractors, and help ensure safety, efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and implement process improvements for IntelliS meter inventory management and installation scheduling.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and KPIs.
• Monitor end-to-end meter processes; identify gaps and risks; recommend improvements.
• Develop automated reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for program performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Field Services, Supply Chain, IT, engineering, and contractors.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and user guidance for IntelliS programs.
