- Identify and troubleshoot process, product quality, and safety issues.
- Respond to equipment and environmental problems with appropriate actions.
Responsibilities
- Operate basic control systems and monitor levels, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.
- Transfer products, control valves, and perform equipment isolation as needed.
- Follow procedures for safe and efficient operation and maintenance work.
- Troubleshoot process issues, document actions, and communicate with team.
- Train other operators and cover multiple shifts as required.
- Complete paperwork and maintain records in line with business needs.
- Perform daily sample analysis and calibrate analytical equipment.
