Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional STEM coursework or degree preferred.
• Military service in a technical specialty may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Five+ years of manufacturing experience as a Production Technician/Operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic control systems and devices to monitor levels, temperatures, pressures and flow rates.
• Transfer products and operate valves and similar equipment; clear and isolate equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Troubleshoot process, product quality, safety and environmental issues; identify maintenance needs.
• Support maintenance and project work; train other operators as required.
• Communicate with transportation providers and cover multiple shifts as needed.
