Job Description

A-Line is now hiring a Process Operator in Kingstree, SC. This is a full-time position, offering 40+ hours per week.

Process Operator Compensation
  • The pay for this position is $19.00/hr.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Process Operator Highlights
  • Day shift, 12-hour rotational days.
Responsibilities
  • Operate process equipment and utilities (e.g., opening/closing valves, monitoring/adjusting conditions).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process information.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and GMP standards.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor process systems via computerized control systems.
  • Add chemicals/additives to processes based on calculations.
  • Report and respond to quality deviations and safety concerns.
  • Participate in routine safety and quality briefings.
  • Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with audible alarms and visual cues.
  • Read and understand safety labels and MSDS sheets.
  • Effective use of radios and telephones.
  • Reach, lift, and carry materials as required.
