About the Role:
We’re hiring our founding Sales Development Representative—the first sales hire beyond the founding team. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company and build the foundation of our sales motion alongside the people who build the product.
Legal tech experience is a strong plus, and a background in law (e.g., a former lawyer or legal ops professional) is a major advantage.
What You’ll Do: Identify and research top prospects within our target audience (legal ops, general counsel, in-house legal leaders) Engage prospects using modern sales tools across channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.) Set qualified meetings with the right decision-makers Collaborate closely with founders to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy Provide ongoing feedback to improve product positioning and outbound effectiveness
What Success Looks Like: Consistently book high-quality meetings that convert to pipeline
Help build a scalable, repeatable outbound sales process
Establish our client's presence with legal departments across the U.S.
What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales (ideally in B2B SaaS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, curious, and proactive Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Tech-savvy and fluent in CRM and outbound sales tools
Familiarity with legal workflows or selling to legal stakeholders is a big bonus
