We are looking for a Legal Technology Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis to introduce our AI-powered solutions to IP law firms, corporate legal teams, and technology-driven enterprises . If you have a passion for legal tech, AI, and business development, this is an exciting opportunity to work flexible hours while earning competitive commissions .

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and Prospect Clients : Build and manage a pipeline of patent attorneys, IP law firms, corporate legal teams, and technology companies interested in leveraging AI for IP strategy.
• Conduct Virtual Demos & Sales Presentations : Showcase how One Transform’s AI tool optimizes patent infringement detection, valuation, and strategic portfolio management .
• Consultative Selling Approach : Understand clients IP challenges, litigation risks, and licensing opportunities , then tailor solutions accordingly.
• Close Sales and Drive Revenue : Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing .
• Develop Client Relationships : Foster long-term partnerships with law firms, enterprise legal teams, and IP professionals .
• Collaborate with Product & Marketing Teams : Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to improve product positioning and outreach.
• Stay Informed on IP & AI Trends : Keep up with the latest developments in patent analytics, IP law, and AI-driven legal solutions .

Qualifications & Skills :

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in legal technology or IP law services .
• Familiarity with patent law, IP licensing, portfolio management, or patent valuation is a strong plus .
• Proven ability to sell technology solutions to legal professionals.
• Excellent consultative sales, negotiation, and closing skills .
• Ability to simplify complex AI and legal technology concepts for attorneys and enterprise clients.
• Self-driven and proactive , comfortable working independently in a remote setting .
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to manage sales pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
