Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods Co. is seeking a Process Lead for the 2nd shift (1:00pm–9:30pm, Monday–Friday) to oversee daily processing, ensure quality, safety, and production schedules. The role serves as a subject matter expert and leads training across the processing team.

You will work across departments, coordinate with R&D, and drive continuous improvement while upholding GMP and HACCP standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift license required.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Experience in food manufacturing/production; leadership exp preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Trains employees in processing and assists in implementing new procedures and initiatives.
• Coordinates training with R&D for processing new products and cross-trains staff.
• Leads training of Processors in preparation, documentation, quality, processing, and safety.
• Maintains training materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Monitors work flow, assigns locations, and sets checkpoints to track performance.
• Communicates status of scheduled work to Shift Superintendent at start and during shift.
