Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods (BRF) is a full-service liquid products supplier with facilities nationwide. This opening is for our 3rd Shift, 12:00am–8:30am, Monday–Friday, to manage the production team and meet cost, safety, and quality targets.

You will lead staffing, monitor workflows, and push continuous improvement projects while partnering with HR and plant teams. Strong leadership and manufacturing experience are essential for success at BRF.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering strongly preferred with 1-2 years of co-op manufacturing experience.
• HS diploma plus five (5) years of manufacturing experience and two (2) years in a Production Supervisor role.
• Fluency in English required due to SQF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production staff by defining responsibilities and performance standards.
• Monitor process steps, equipment, and resources to sustain workflow.
• Drive waste reduction, safety, and productivity during each shift.
