Job summary

Baldwin Richardson Foods Co. is seeking a Processor Lead for the 2nd shift (1:00pm - 9:30pm). You will guide processing operations, train Processors and Assistants, ensure adherence to specifications and food safety, and support continuous improvement across the facility.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of GMPs and HACCP, and the ability to read Cook Cards and production docs. Forklift license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous food manufacturing, processing, or production experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift license required.

Responsibilities

• Trains employees in processing methods and implements new procedures and initiatives.
• Coordinates training with R&D for new products and processing changes.
• Leads training of Processors in preparation, documentation, quality, processing, and safety.
