Slalom is seeking a Consultant to drive supply chain transformations across industries, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies. You’ll deliver end-to-end projects, from discovery through implementation, partnering with clients to realize measurable business value.

Ideal candidates bring a strong consulting foundation, hands-on experience with IBP/S&OP, and the ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior Consulting Background is highly preferred for Senior Consultant+ levels.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage initiatives related to IBP and S&OP.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Use interviews, workshops and data insights to diagnose and solve issues affecting operating margin and value.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design to create holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as a mentor to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term relationships at all levels.
