Slalom is seeking a ProductStrategy Consultant to guide clients in transforming products and experiences with human-centered, data-informed, and AI-enabled approaches. You will engage across research, revenue analytics, experience strategy, and service design to deliver solutions that move businesses forward for customers, teams, and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy or management consulting — at a management consulting firm, digital agency, product shop, or full-service creative agency
• A track record of collaboration on complex workstreams
• Experience across disciplines — collaborating with designers, technologists, data scientists, and business leaders
• Comfort experimenting with agentic AI flows and prototyping tools to enhance strategy development
• Knowledge of Forward Deployed Engineering methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication — you know how to tell a story and tailor it to your audience
• Executive presence with genuine relationship-building instincts
• Authorized to work in the US without restriction
• Located near New York, NY
• Ability to travel 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy — shaping the vision, positioning, and roadmap for products that win in the market by being genuinely built around customer needs and long-term business viability
• Strategic Planning — turning ambiguity into direction through roadmaps, maturity assessments, and transformation plans that give organizations a clear path forward
• Workshop Facilitation — designing and leading sessions that cut through complexity, align stakeholders, and turn conversation into committed action
