You’ll work on IBP/S&OP, drive client engagements, and mentor others while building trusted relationships and delivering measurable business value in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, CS or Data Science.
• Experience with IBP and S&OP required.
• Knowledge of analytics, data interpretation and client engagement.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Tableau/SQL/Python a plus.
• Experience with supply chain systems (TMS/WMS/OMS/ERP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industries.
• Support and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models using analytics.
• Diagnose problems from interviews and data to improve margins.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process, and operating model design.
• Work solo or as part of a team; mentor clients or consultants.
• Build client knowledge and long-term relationships quickly.
