Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant (PIC6028-FR5) for a full-time contract role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements that boost performance.

The position supports remote, hybrid, or on-site work arrangements and offers $100,000–$165,000 annually based on experience. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, mapping workflows, delivering trainings, and leading

Competenze

• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement, operations consulting, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with process mapping, workflow analysis tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with experience delivering presentations and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
• Gather and evaluate data through interviews, observations, and process mapping.
• Recommend practical solutions and strategies based on industry best practices and benchmarking.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives, including documentation, standardization, and training.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop action plans, set priorities, and monitor progress.
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and ensure lasting results across teams.
